If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for specific instructions prior to issuing a return.
Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
When you receive your package from us, if your item is damaged, was improperly described on our website, or you have been accidentally shipped the incorrect item(s), please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions for your return. If we accept your return, you must return the item(s) to us in good condition and with all the included documentation and packaging, within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Once we receive and inspect your return for quality, we will provide a refund or replacement.
If your item has been worn or used, or has been in your possession for a period of time exceeding 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, we will be unable to provide a return or exchange.
If you want to return or exchange your item(s) for any other reason not mentioned here, contact us first. A restocking fee of 20% may be applied in some cases.
We are not obligated to refund any shipping or packaging costs for items that have been returned or exchanged.
We will not accept returns on any items which are described as FINAL SALE. NOTE: ALL SHOES ARE FINAL SALE.
A return form must be completed with every return.
All refunds will be issued back to the original payment source (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.

Shop Under reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns which have been sent prior to contacting our Customer Care team.
Note on order cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled prior to us processing and shipping out your order. Once you place your order and your order has been processed, which is often the same or next business day, we can no longer cancel your order, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. For any pending orders that are cancelled prior to being shipped out, as well as for orders that are cancelled more than 72 hours after the order has been placed, a partial restocking fee may apply.
